Refund Policy
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. Returns regarding manufacturer warranties must be dealt specifically with the manufacturer as 10-4 Tackle does not offer a warranty on products other than those manufactured by 10-4 Tackle.
For returns due to change of mind, there will be a restocking fee up to 20% of the full amount of the transaction. Please keep in mind, we are a small business and we incur numerous fees to get you the items you purchase. We are charged credit card processing fees, handling fees, and delivery charges for every order we process. The restocking fee is used to pay these fees, which are non-refundable from the companies that charge us to use their services. We assure you these fees give us no profit from your transaction.
